What is Yakisoba pan?
Yakisoba pan
Yakisoba pan (焼きそばパン, Yakisoba braed) is, a bread with yakisoba noodles sandwiched between Koppepan (oval shaped loaf of bread).
It is one of the “sozai-ban” or side dish breads.
In addition to Koppe pan, there are also yakisobapan made with rolled bread (butter roll) and yakisobapan made with white bread.
As with yakisoba, toppings such as green laver and red ginger are used, and mayonnaise is sometimes sprinkled on top.
Although widely eaten by people of all ages, it is one of the most popular side dish breads among the younger generation, especially among middle and high school students in Japan.
