Benibana Gohan (紅花ご飯・べにばなご飯・べにばなごはん・Benibana Rice) is a rice dish cooked with the petals of the safflower, which is classified in the genus Benibana of the Asteraceae family. It is made by cooking rice with safflower petals.

It is characterised by its yellowish appearance due to the pigmentation of safflower. It is a well-known local dish of Yamagata, which has been famous for its safflower production since the Edo period.
